Statt Haushalts- und Drittmittel vom Staat über Projektanträge bereit zu stellen, um bei privatwirtschaftlichen, wissenschaftlichen Verlagen #OpenAccess zu publizieren, dieses Geld nutzen, um auf europäischer Ebene öffentlich Verlage ohne APCs zu etablieren.
Doofe Frage:
Womit verdient Elsevier momentan sein Geld?
Wir zahlen die hohen APCs für (pseudo)#OpenAccess nicht und unsere Bibliotheken haben keine Verträge für den Zugang zu nicht OA Artikeln
(Deutschland ist nicht der Nabel der Welt, mir schon klar)
