Today's happy thing: my antihistamines have relieved my fatigue and it looks like I'm reaching a new baseline! Could still be a fluke but I am so unbelievably excited at the chance to get back to living

Was having a hard time walking today but kinda dissociated so i didn't notice how bad it was, grabbed my cane as a "just in case" while I go out today and holy shit. Turns out I already really needed it very badly. The relief was immediate
