Finally found a reasonable and low(ish)-hassle way to import photos from my iPhone to my NetBSD desktop. TL;DR use the Owlfiles app (or any other similar app) to transfer pictures directly to your home folder over FTP. Better than uploading to Proton drive like I was doing before!

@vwestlife Most manufacturers seem to have gotten the idea lodged in their head that to produce a new product means to make all those sorts of pointless changes, as if they're asking themselves, "What would be the differentiating factor, otherwise?" I wish I could tell them, "People don't usually buy things for the new bells and whistles; frequently, we buy new purely because we want something newly assembled."

Glad I took the 3 hours today to sit down with Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), quite possibly my #1 favorite Bollywood film. Haven't seen it in ages. I love how overwhelmingly 90s it gets at times

Here's the classic Mac port of Nethack 3.7 I've been working on.

There are still some bugs remaining and some clean up to be done, but I wanted to put this out there for you to play.

It should run on Macs running System 7+ with at least 5 MB of free RAM and a 68020 processor.
