which is good for sloth because one thing about her is she does not run to catch up
waiting for the moment when the desire to eat outweighs the desire to _not_ do dishes. Sloth is ahead by a country mile
welp this is the worst Sunday scaries I've ever had, and I don't even work tomorrow 🙃
like this is just a straight-up description of developing sleep apnea
But it starts with a young woman very suddenly finding herself in an old woman's body and realizing it suits her personality fine, but she keeps having realizations like "Huh. I guess my joints creak now" or "OK, apparently middle-aged men now look young instead of old to me." So the good news is that I find it WAY more relatable at 43 than I would have as a kid
As a kid, I read every Diana Wynn Jones book my hometown library had, but they didn't have Howl's Moving Castle, so I had no idea she'd written that until recently. I'd heard of the movie, ofc. Getting around to reading it now
I'm not ready to take down my holiday wreath 😔
@gemini6ice I would chalk that one up to English as a second language (or autocorrect, but I assume this was in speech)
@gemini6ice Sounds like a UK native speaker to me (source: English extended family, sibling in Scotland, language nerd [me, not him])
I do realize the whole concept of those aliens kind of relies on not thinking about it too hard, but the important thing is that the Steve Buscememe is definitely universal
