There is physical strain? Wolf scratches an ear. Eye strain, maybe. Flat butt, stiff knees sometimes when I sit too long without attending the cats master or the puppy.

But generally, I don't experience physical strain while writing. But then, my chair at home and work are both high quality computer chairs and support me in all the right places and lastly, my desk in both places is the right height.

Usually just a background one in each book, flowers bought, trees admired, gardens enjoyed. Mountains, oceans, rivers, etc. Although I did write a series where Mother Earth played a major part.
