Yesterday I spent the day playing a few games of #Warhammer #AgeOfSigmar #Spearhead
It was a lot of fun but I was particularly pleased with the way I managed to conga line a unit so the it was touching an objective while also being close enough to my opponentās board edge and a terrain feature that I could score two battle tactics with it.
(While maintaining unit coherency, of course)
Just been to see A Sherlock Carol.
Moriarty is dead, to begin with. Sherlock is asked to investigate the death of Ebeneezer Scrooge by tiny Tim Cratchett.
Itās an absolute delight and Iām feeling full of Christmas cheer now.

Games Workshop prices go up every year: There was a hefty boost for #KillTeam boxes compared to the ones without the unnecessarily specific tokens.
It tends to stir up a lot of anger in #Warhammer communities with accusations of price gouging (and ruder things).
The thing is, the cost of materials and electricity has shot up. GWās price increases are generally fairly in line with inflation.
I was reminded of that by this article.

Thereās something depressingly ironic about Musk being so desperate for money that the social media site he owns is running adverts to try to emotionally blackmail people into signing up for the premium service to support āCreatorsā while being illustrated by generative AI slop of the most blatantly low quality.
Realistic fingers and cables are for other social media sites.
The slat has been fitted. Sadly it has been painted to blend in with its environment so the it wonāt catch the eyes of the local children.

Iāve printed off some score/turn trackers ahead of a weekend of Kill Team.

In practical #3dPrinting results, a friend was looking to replace a broken slat on an air vent.
It took about 5 minutes to learn enough OpenSCAD to model it, then only slightly longer than they to print it.
I only had ABS filament in a delightful purple shade so the vent is going to get a nice accent colour.
