I make websites. I like watching movies with “Star” in the title, and occasionally pretend I’m a wizard whilst rolling weird shaped dice.

@marcoarment @overcastfm In Shortcuts, I’ve there’s an action to play _one_ of my playlists, but not to play any of the others.

I’d like to set a up a shortcut to play a specific playlist, but it’s not listed.

I’m guessing this is a weird bug with AppIntents?

@jsnell @incomparable What could be done to convince you to revisit the Summer Superhero Spectacular on it’s 10th anniversary? 🤔🦸🏼

@overcastfm not sure why, but ATP seems to have tow separate listings in my listening stats?

It’s just got one for 2023, so maybe something changed in 2024? 🤔

I name each of my devices after objects in the solar system (ordered by date of publication of discovery); and chose my wallpaper to fit that theme.

My next phone will be named after Saturn’s moon, Telesto; and have been planning what the wallpaper should be.

I’m actually quite happy how well Saturn’s rings go with the Desert Titanium colour…

@marcoarment @overcastfm Couple of feature requests:
1. A way to exclude podcasts from the “Recent Episodes” at the top of the Home Screen.
2. An “unplayed” tab on the episodes list

I’ve recently started listening to “Coffee Break German”, and have downloaded episodes. But that’s made the “Recent Episodes” section useless.

I’ve set episodes as not to delete so I can go back and re-listen to episodes later to review. But it makes finding the next episode in the “Current” view difficult.

@lexfri Let it be known that I disagree that “sporks” isn’t a real, valid word…

Made an icon (using SF Symbols!) for my iCloud Keychain shortcut.

And it makes me really hope that the supposed iOS 18 design refresh brings back depth to icons (and the UI in general)…

@marcoarment @overcastfm Not really a “bug” per se:

If you’re minimising the “Now Playing” screen by dragging it down, you can tap on the search box; then drag up. The keyboard displays, and covers over the play controls.

I (somehow) managed to do this accidentally earlier and took me a while to work out what was going on.

@ivory wee bit of an annoyance: when an image is full screen, you can double tap to zoom.

But while zoomed in, double tapping centres on where you tap, rather than zooming out: you have to pinch to zoom out.

(Also the close button in the top right is invisible when the image is light.)
