Bit of a walk down memory lane when I saw this box at the grocery store yesterday:

When I was a kid, my dad started eating these at his doctor's urging, since they're higher in fiber and generally considered healthier than many other cereals. They're also more expensive than Cheerios, so we childrens were told to leave them for Dad, and not eat them all.

...so of course we ate them. They were forbidden, after all.

Guess who gets to try a chicken spleen tonight? Randomly found in my tub of livers.

The eagles nesting on the cell tower near my office appear very focused on the nest lately. I'm guessing they've got eggs or smol eagles up there. Apologies for the low resolution, it's very distant and my camera is also my phone.
