I looked it up. They say detainess are held in "freezing conditions" -- the reported temperature was "74 degrees"

Okay so much for that claim.

They say detainees are held in "solitary confinement". I looked up pictures, and they are single person cells right next to other cells but the walls are all chain-link so you can just chat with the person next to you. And they go back to 2013

So much for that claim.

I am thoroughly unconvinced of torture
