@BruceMirken 🤷‍♂️ he also thinks MSG causes ADHD, so I mean, science isn't something he has a strong grasp of. He's not an idiot, and generally a good person, but personally I think he's got a few too many joe Rogan fans in his friend group. Or something along those lines.

Made it an entire week with the inlaws.. Then last night all the cousins were together to open presents and the FIL decided to have a Jesus quiz to see what order the kids got to open presents. 9yr old was not amused. Me and the wife were fuming. 🤬🤯😡

This morning as we were leaving I mentioned the snow we'd hit 12 hours into the drive, FIL's reply "makes ya wonder how they know all that" 😶🤷‍♂️

This is why I don't want to visit family around holidays.

A big reason why it matters that reactionary centrists and anti-“woke” liberals constantly launder rightwing crusades (against “CRT,” or “DEI,” or “postcolonialism”) is that it completely neutralizes the mainstream response to a blatantly anti-democratic, anti-egalitarian move like this.

Starting this fresh (anonymous for now) account to connect with fellow #exvangelicals #exSBC #exGOP and others that have gone through deconstruction (#exMo #exJW #exfundie #exCult) we have a lot in common.
