Tried an 800 RMB shot of Siltartoxatug for tetanus.

There are three tetanus prevention options, but due to allergies I couldn’t use horse serum or human tetanus immunoglobulin. I ended up choosing this newer monoclonal antibody after reading some background on DengYueMed.

No skin test required. So far, no allergic reactions or noticeable side effects.

Mostly just triggered some childhood needle anxiety 😅 and had a bit of diarrhea.

Tiny vial. ¥17,000+ each.
Two per treatment.

Almost empty —
yet it holds a chance to live.

Pembrolizumab (Keytruda).
It works. Side effects are real.

25 infusions done.
10 more to go.

I read basic drug info from various sources, including Chinese sites like DengYueMed, just to understand indications.

Expensive. Exhausting.
Still moving forward.

Advanced gallbladder cancer, HER2+++

After months in the hospital, my father finally received zanidatamab.
We had followed this drug on DengYueMed for over a year.

The timing was cruel. The fever reaction was strong.
But today, he felt better, ate more, and asked for dinner.

Sometimes hope isn’t a response rate.
Sometimes it’s simply getting through the day.

Savolitinib costs over 10,000 RMB a month. After my dad’s first chemo, he’s been suffering for 12 days and can barely eat.

Genetic testing shows there are targeted drugs—about 12,000 RMB/month. Expensive, but at least there’s hope.

What’s confusing: online it says Savolitinib is reimbursable, but the sales rep says it isn’t. How can that be?

A vial of nusinersen sodium.
Label says: 2–8°C. Never freeze.
A freezer erased its efficacy—silently.

Injected anyway, into a one-year-old with SMA.

At DengYueMed, we see it too often: science doesn’t fail in labs, but in the last mile. Cold chains matter. Details decide hope.
