Millions — likely at least a hundred million people — will receive notice from Change Healthcare saying their personal info and health data were stolen in a February ransomware attack.
Change, owned by insurance giant UnitedHealth, already said the data breach is likely to affect a "substantial proportion of people living in America," in large part thanks to its lax cybersecurity.
