Why does it have to say "per serving"? 0 multiplied by infinity is still 0. Unless we're talking about rounding errors?
Mushroom risotto with a variety of "specialty mushrooms." There were four kinds but I only know that some of them were oyster mushrooms.
Did you know that portabella and cremini and white button mushrooms are actually all the same, just different maturity stages? I only learned it a couple weeks ago.
Finally, some wild flowers appear here in #mn but it was windy so they are a bit blurry in my photos. And the Siberian squill is definitely not native. Still great to see the lone patch of vivid blue in our little woods.
