Britain's competition regulator on Friday said Photoshop owner Adobe Inc's <a href="https://www.reuters.com/markets/companies/ADBE.O" target="_blank">(ADBE.O)</a> $20 billion buyout of cloud-based designer platform Figma may be referred to a deeper investigation as it could "reduce innovation".
