Help me understand this please:
Dental training centre want patients that need a lot of work doing so the students can learn, but a recent change in policy means that patients with a lot of dental problems aren't kept as patients.

Slowly reversing out of a parking space, hazard lights going, check left, nothing, check right, nothing.
About 3 feet back, check left again to see a car bouncing a foot from my rear quarter like it had just done an emergency stop at 30mph. Woman driver starts giving me shit.
Had to drive back into the bay.
