@[email protected] I always rip my new CDs at a high bitrate and load them into iTunes. I pay for iTunes Match ($28/year) so everything in my local library is available in the cloud and on all of my devices.
Obviously your mileage may vary if you are an Android user :)
@rhtunstall There are definitely some concerns with Microsoft owning so many companies, just look at the many studio closures by Embracer and other large holding companies, but am willing to give Microsoft some time to make good on their promised before dropping the platform.
@rhtunstall Starfield likely wouldn't have been much different if not released after the MS purchase, we'll never know. Likely would have been multiplatform at the very least. Fallout 76 released before the merger, so I don't think MS could be blamed for that one.
I just don't see what you mean about GamePass. My family and I regularly play the new games that come out and it's been an insane value. I own all of the platforms, but GamePass keeps me playing more on Xbox than anywhere else lately

@wilalambre if you like Bethesda RPGs and don’t mind the odd jank, it’s fantastic. So many large cities to explore. Quests around every corner. Some of the best questlines ever in a Beth game.
Rolled credits in #Starfield this past weekend. What a game. Combines everything I love about Fallout and Elder Scrolls games and adds a pile of No Man's Sky-style exploration. I can see myself playing this for years and years.
Excited for official mod support to come in. I don't want to lock myself out of achievements right now or in DLC or I would mess around on PC. I know that there is an achievement enabler mod already, but I play mostly on Xbox and have no clue if that would break things.
@nathansmith Sadly there is no way to alter the graphic settings at launch on Xbox. I'm still hopeful that a future patch will add some of that in. I'd gladly play at 1440p @60Hz on my Series X. Maybe one day
