It's silent Sunday. As I shy away from Mint gradually in which the next version won't be slated until the end of the year, my Mint disk remain idle. I'm quite happy with both Fedora and CachyOS running KDE Plasma on Wayland which marked almost 2 months without issues, I get to play and learn more about Cockpit+Podman Quadlets for local projects. So I thought why not step further and try out new Wayland shells+compositors.

Notable I've seen so far:
Hyprland+Noctalia
Niri+Dank Material Shell (DMS)

All of which I know boils down to what we prefer at the end but I'd like to see options and opinions from #fedi users in both gaming and workflow spaces.
