@cR0wI also really liked mead finished with fruits, particularly blackberry, cranberry, and oranges, but those are not _technically_ meads, they have their own name i can never remember. .

@cR0w one I really liked was called "vikings blood mead" but it was like $30 a 750ml bottle.

@cR0w the general recommendation is every 7-10 days. Surveys show a large number of single men on average do every 4 months. I usually do it when I notice they look dirty or smell funny which is about 3-4 weeks for me.

@cR0w I got all the gear to start making mead, and now I'm sober and cant drink 🙃 I made one batch of wine that was pretty meh and gave all of it away. IMO most commercial mead is WAY over priced but it's so good.
