The problem is once the manic symptoms start to come back, this drives me deeper and deeper into work, so the cycle doesn’t end which inevitably results in a breakdown.

I forget that when I don’t take enough breaks from work, the symptoms of my bipolar disorder start acting up.

I’ve been so stable and symptom-free for a while that it’s easy to forget these consequences and the realities of this chronic mental illness.

I was just writing out a statement of work for a grant and I mistakenly wrote "Dr. Harel will participate in weekly team meetings, meetings, and other meetings"

I'm not actually sure it's a mistake.

I have to prepare some last-minute content on cleaning and analyzing text data in R for a class. Anyone have any worked out examples they want to share with me? Something socially relevant would be a plus but not necessary.

My 40th peer reviewed article was just accepted for publication. If I could go back 10 years and tell grad school me that I'd have 40 papers, I would never believe it.
