Today I bring you a simple three mile ruck with 60 lbs
Went to see the original Top Gun with some buddies tonight
Buddy: "Man, we should have been pilots ... in a movie"
In-town garden is really rocking and rolling for me and some of the sunflowers I planted are starting to grow
Also rearranged my indoor grow operation to accommodate hopefully growing some tomatoes and peppers indoors. About done with seedlings for the moment because I'm pretty full-up both here and at the ranch

Last set of 5 x 280 gets me to a new (calculated) 1RM of 315. I'll take it!

Finished things off with a four mile run. Legs were pretty unhappy with me for the first and last mile
