All of this, just to say that the healthcare system is FUCKED, and incorrect billing is causing a delay in my treatment. I'm in actual physical pain, and I need this god damn appointment.

I am so mad right now.

Hospitals and insurance companies really don't fucking care about people in this country. We're all just fucking dollar signs to them.

I have an outstanding bill at my doctor's office from fucking 2020, and they won't let me make a physical therapy appointment until it's taken care of. Thing is, I'm on Medicare and state health insurance because I'm DISABLED. So, it should've definitely been covered. The collection agent claims my insurance wasn't active at that time, but it's been active since 2016, so they can fuck right off. I called the insurance co. to confirm, and they did. Now the C.A. has to call them and resubmit it.
