Coop Model of doing common good projects together and the common structure. My illustration is a realistic, anonymized multi-stakeholder org chart of a real project in 2024.
This is how I love to work since 2024 and don´t want to go back. Compared with the traditional, common, top down model of doing a project, the latter is rather boring, as much as it has it's use cases.

A paradigm shift happened after around season 13 on #topchef - Until then the narrative of the narcissistic, manic, military "yes chef!" Spirit still dominated the storytelling. And then the whole production team became wiser, more ready to move towards a coaching and self development journey of individual cooking styles. The feedback culture of the judges became more compassionate, focussed on the potential and encouragement to cook your heart out - and so did the collaboration of competitors.

Was als Brieffreundschaft zwischen Jugendlichen aus Nawanyago, Uganda und Deutschland begann, ist heute eine aktive Partnerschaft aus Freunden, die eine Schule mit angeschlossenem Waisenhaus in der ländlichen Region aufbauen und neben kostenloser Bildung auch die Lebensmittelversorgung dabei sichern.
Dankbar, dass ich Webdesign Services für ein Relaunch an die berührende Initiative der "Friends for Busano" spenden und das Projekt dadurch näher kennen lernte konnte.
