@RPMdMayor @kdnyhan @bethsawin @ProjectN95 Glad they worked well. And glad you didn’t get COVID. Good luck on the campaign!

I’ve donated to nonprofit @ProjectN95’s air purifier program. It is focused on helping in disadvantaged communities where the air is bad indoors in schools, community centers, and other places

The Project gives these air purifiers for free

Could you boost this post? I am hoping more people will learn and support this initiative. 15 people donating just $10 will fund an air purifier for a classroom

Thanks in advance. #IAQ #Equity #CleanAir

@CDeZureMD I was a bit incredulous when I read your post.

I thought it must be to grouping opioids w OTC medications that resulted in this finding.

When I read the article however, #opiods are the leading cause of fatal poisonings in children under 5 yo. And even worse, not all of these poisoning were reported as accidental.

A $224 fine, & she gets to keep practicing law? That's not a punishment. That's not even an inconvenience! This is why the GOP will continue to break the law openly and repeatedly since they know there will never be any consequences.

Periodic reminder that Elon grew up in South Africa during Apartheid. And that his family's wealth dates back to that time— when racists would build unsustainable towns in the middle of nowhere to exploit their underpaid work force. Seems like relevant context.

What these right-wing Catholics did here -- buying location information on priests they suspected were gay -- is not just a moral outrage. It is the proof that our lawmakers have pure contempt for privacy.

What will it take before the public recognizes how dangerous it is that slimy companies are collecting and selling our most personal information to slimy third parties?

Catholic group spent millions on app data that tracked gay priests

The group used the data to find clerics who used Grindr and other dating and hookup apps and shared their work with bishops, a Post investigation has found.

I'm utterly chagrined that my first introduction to Diana (Physics Girl) was this heartbreaking video by her friend giving a grim but resolute update on how 8 months of Long Covid has absolutely devastated Diana's health. Stay safe out there folks, stay smart, stay compassionate.

Do not -- do not -- buy a printer (or anything else) from HP. Unfortunately, since Congress refuses to make illegal what is flagrantly unfair and unethical, that is your only option. Such a sleazy, arrogant company. https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2023/03/customers-fume-as-hp-blocks-third-party-ink-from-more-of-its-printers/

@rudiev Mine is trained to ring a bell. I no sooner let him in and he is jingling the bell to go out. Makes me a little crazy some days! But he’s a good doggo. Except of course when he is digging insanely deep holes in the back yard.
