I also remember what #Facebook did during the Rohingya genocide, and that there are child porn circles on their platform, and that they knowingly manipulate public debate with their algorithm, promoting hate (see Facebook Files), and that they try to censor people criticizing the genocide in Gaza, and so many other crimes that I can't list them here.

I feel way better now that I've left #Instagram.
I had forgotten that it isn't normal to be exposed to violent and hateful speech multiple times a day.
Or to be forced to constantly wonder what personal data they stole, who they sold them to, and how they are used.
