Upon further research I can download my posts with the app and manually move them over so I won't lose any posts I'm going to attempt to move over to the garden State instance.

Which seems to be an amazing feature about the fediverse, you can look in on multiple instances but there are some strange drawbacks, like when you respond back to me it comes up in my home feed but I don't get a notification.

Your instance was not easy to locate at all, I had to do a lot of Google searching is there any way to spread this server other than boosting?

I'd like to start off by saying thank you for your quick response I'm not too worried about my posts because I've been in my own little microclimate for the past 24 hours trying to find something a little closer to me relevant to my location.

I don't know if anybody can help me with this but I started Mastodon on the default Mastodon server is there any way to migrate over to something closer to me like the garden State instant or do I have to create a new account?
