#Fasting wasn't too difficult from an energy management or focus standpoint - although it's worth mentioning I work a desk job and did really easy workouts.
I think I would incorporate a 48-72hr fast twice or possibly three times per year as a means to increase #autophagy, reset my appetite, and stay healthy and well for the long haul. Stay #strong πŸ’ͺand stay #fit πŸƒ
