Email said company that I can no longer browse their products.
They respond to say the techies said it's "probably just my browser".
I never buy another product from said company.

And your stupid export dialog box will not allow for that. “Whole document” or individual pages/artboards… But NOT the document as page-by-page…
I had to Print > Save-As-PDF via MacOS dialog box to get my file made.
Your insistence on doing things your hard-headed way is infuriating and so often just broken.

Affinity Publisher’s Data Merge is for the Birds.
Still not ready for prime time. NO ability to have multiple items/records in a data frame…or it’s just broken.
Data merge give errors saying it can’t field the field, yet in the DM panel…there it is. But merging so multiple records on one page? Like name tags? Nope.
Broken. And the help pages are worthless about scenarios A vs scenario B. Affinity just doesn’t know how people use their software. ARgle bargle.
@siracusa - Sorry to bug you…but which printing service did you use to make your photo book from iPhoto since Apple stopped their own books? (I checked your site and didn’t see any FAQ, hence the Q on Mastodon.) Appreciate your time…
@siracusa - And if you really want to get fancy, you can put more than one shape into that mask shape… so you can have a thin opaque outer line, and a thicker, more transparent line….think on a map and park boundaries.. . ;) Been doing this for decades.
@siracusa - If you need to edit it more, just pull the stroke/color shape out from below the mask shape in the layer panel, edit it, then drop it back on the mask shape to put it back. (Freehand and even Illustrator do this better, but aF Designer tries.)
