As a solo dev, I've been through this phase myself. I know how to use AI for my purposes and conscience. And sometimes babysitting helps me reflect on my mental model. Ditching owned/any code is a vital part.

I'm aware of the privileged position I'm in. Next gen won't have the prior knowledge and require AI.

Post Covid, or ME/CFS in my case, is a full‑system illness that disrupts the body’s energy production. It causes profound exhaustion, cognitive problems, and a worsening of symptoms after even minor activity. There's no cure.

CoV infected so many, it's just the most common recent cause but any virus can do it.
