Today is #LongCovid Awareness Day, so I thought I would share what my day with this illness looked like.

I woke up at 7:30, had a cup of coffee, and went outside for two minutes to put a rain cover on my kid's bike. Otherwise, I have no memory until around 10:00, when I realised I was running out of energy and went back to bed.

I slept until 17:30, when my wife and kid returned from a trip. Over the next 4 hours, I made dinner, read a book to my kid, and wrote this.
