The problem is that pardons are a necessary safety valve against lawfare and prosecutorial abuse.
Reform of the safety valve encourages more abuse.

So why does this matter? Is it just rage bait?
No. The primary error of our age is anthropology. We do not understand the nature of man. Scripture teaches us in Genesis 1:27 that God made man (male and female) in His image. Animals - adorable, loyal and affectionate as they are - are not made in His image.
We need to restore basic Creational truths. This is the Gospel. Of course the world hates it. That is expected. That does not mean we should not proclaim it.
