I want to be her when I grow up. Can she run a teddy bear med school please.

From pet attacks, to missing parts, to just too much loving, there’s almost no stuffie that highly experienced seamstress Ruth Hasman can’t fix. She runs a hospital and spa for stuffed toys out of her Vancouver home. She is also training another worker to take over Teddy Bear Doctor duties when she no longer has sufficient hand dexterity. 🥹😭

@marczak I bet you'd have understood a *heck* of a lot more of the stuff in that place, which reminded me of Tekserve except it was purely for music and something like 4 times bigger.

I'm not a professional musician, or even a proficient one, but I got to spend some time at this really cool music studio in Nashville called Welcome to 1979.

In this photo, I'm not participating in the creative process -- I'm observing it, learning what goes on in there. It's *really* cool.

Been up a couple of hours and my day has already been a combination of "yay" moments and "argh" moments. Could be worse, I guess. Those arghs are frickin' annoying though. I need a knob to adjust my brain sensitivity to be higher for yays and lower for arghs.
Now this is useful technology.
