The choice words used by Kristian Duske to double down when held accountable for his new vibe-coding trend included "I enjoy programming and learning so much". These are mysterious words to use to "defend" vibe-coding, given that vibe-coding suggests the exact opposite: you hate programming, don't want to learn anything, and actively want your brain to atrophy.

PSA since I only boosted posts about this on bsky yesterday: Trenchbroom's "maintainer" is now toiling in the slop mines. The good news is, not only is there a fork to avoid the slop, it's even steering clear of GitHub's Copilot quagmire by being hosted on Codeberg instead.

Oh, nice of #Twitch to show a warning popup that "Captions Are Now Enabled on Your Clips" so I could go in and turn it off.

I've heard about this coming, and I don't need Tiktok-esque bullshit and _definitely_ not LLM slop.

Turn it off under Dashboard > Settings > Stream > Clips Settings
