Perhaps this is no longer the same Putin, who knows? However, the photos from the early 2010s and earlier are real. One of our authors was working for a Dutch newspaper at the time and was in the presidential pool and noticed that his face was changing. Perhaps the reason is Botox and other procedures.
It's funny, but in Russia, and possibly in Ukraine too, corn oil is considered healthier, and of course it's more expensive.
