I have been conscious about how #light affects my mood and well being for some time. Professionally, I was actively involved with luminosity and color temperature discussions in several #it data center lighting upgrade projects. And light has an enormous effect in #photography.

I mention all of this because the #fluorescent kitchen and garage lighting was replaced with warm temperature #led alternatives this past week. Saves money, and the light quality is vastly superior. I feel better.

I'm not a big #jazz #music guy, but I have a recent fascination with the jazz #drummer. YT has shown me work from some of the past masters like Buddy Rich, and newer talent like Grayson Nekrutman.

But I have to say that I find the Charly Antolini version of #caravan to be one of my favorites. He doesn't seem as technical as some of the other masters, but omg he can #swing.

As an IT Project and Portfolio Manager, I have had my share of involvement with technical debt reduction projects. So I was naturally interested when I saw this video on YT about technical debt reduction strategies. Although this discusses software technical debt reduction, there are some great ideas and concepts for infrastructure and hardware efforts as well.
