Just spent several hours in the National #WWII Museum and wow, up near the top of the list of best museums I’ve ever visited. So thorough, immersive, and representing a variety of voices.
Finished my first audiobook (second book) of the year. I would have chosen a different narrator, personally, but the book itself got very interesting around chapter 3. A good read for anyone interested in the #Romanovs, #ImperialRussia, and even #Paris. #nonfiction #bookstodon
I appreciate that Andre Braugher is narrating “The Lie Detector” for #AmericanExperience because it makes me feel like I’m getting my own personal lecture from Captain Raymond Holt. #PBS
I love getting a cheap first book in each year’s #Goodreads challenge by finishing up a book in the first day or two of January that I started early in December. #nonfiction

I went to our local indie bookstore for a last-minute Christmas gift but obviously had to treat myself to a new #nonfiction read as well. My TBR pile is unmanageable.
Really enjoyed the Around the Horn 20th Anniv Special tonight on #ESPN. The show premiered when I was in HS and I dreamed of being a sports broadcaster - I was an avid watcher until I graduated college and didn’t want to pay for cable, but now I do pay for it again so I think it is time for me to pick up that habit again!
