If you have 3 Olympic ๐Ÿฅ‡ then your @a11ty version deserves to be aligned. ๐Ÿš€ #BuiltWithEleventy

I upgraded from #a11y 2.0 to 3.0 and really love it. Especially the new #eleventyImage plugin.

Thanks to @zachleat and everyone who contributed to @eleventy

So thanks to a bunch of people posting today, I learned about the `handleEvent` signature of `addEventListener`.

And - without having even used it - I can tell this is genuinely a massive knowledge unlock that will dramatically improve tons of things.

This is how I know using native events - and an event-oriented architecture - is the right approach. Very few other patterns keep getting more powerful as-is the more you learn about the platform.

I left Twitter for good. Today it was like back in Trump's day. Hate, insults, no one listens to each other....

My real friends weren't there anyway and the tech people I care about are already in the #fediverse by a large number (~70%).

What a relief! No advertising, nice people. Hope it stays that way!

Hello, what a perfect day for a short #introduction .... !

I'm Christoph, a frontend developer from Berlin.

Currently I'm working on a course to help graphic designers and other creatives get a better understanding of the web.

During my years as a developer my repeated experience was a frustration on both sides. Why is that? And why should we actually think of ourselves as a strong team? And what technical knowledge do designers need up front in the process?

stay tuned ;-)
