A new report says Russian military hackers shut down power in Ukraine in October 2022 using new techniques not seen before.

"This is one of a very few cyber-physical attacks that successfully caused a real-world impact," said Chris Sistrunk, technical leader at Mandiant, Google Cloud (@chrissistrunk).
