#glutenfree #cooking I have come up with a recipe for chickpea flour pancakes that works. 1/4 C flour, 1 Tab powdered milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 baking soda, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 C water. mix well and cook on med high until surface is dull, flip. makes 2 pancakes.
