#adhdtalk I take 64mgs of Concerta / day. If I time it right I don’t get the shakes from coffee overlapping w meds. It also works so well I sometimes forget to eat until my stomach sends a panic message to my brain & I realize I haven’t eaten in 6 hours or longer lol. Today I fortunately remembered to order it before I get wobbly sweaty & hungry & extra cranky. And yes I’m getting the chicken gyro & saving th tatziki this time!
