i had a bit more to eat (some chicken and some oat milk + a lil bit of protein cereal, not a lot) and my cal total today is ~357…i feel like i ate a lot so i hope i don’t gain weight by tmrw

i didn’t realize the serving size for the chicken was 2oz..i had 4oz ..

because it came up in conversation, i told my mom i wanted to weigh 90lbs (i want to weigh 85ish), for context i weigh ~93lbs rn and her response was “do NOT try to lose weight you need to eat more and gain weight”
