we do have a minimum vertical distance of 1000ft (~300m) afair? And I wouldn't want to fly that close beneath some larger helicopter.

main advantage of flugtaxi is… it's not existing, so you don't have to worry about reality while spinning your fairy tales.
remember: any #VTOL needs to generate its own weight in thrust downwards to hover… more if it's accelerating
