Being in the middle of an 18 week marathon training plan, I feel a bit attacked by this part. 😂
First long run back to using the #AppleWatchUltra after a 4 month fling with a Garmin 965.
Accidentally skipped my 2nd warmup interval while trying to pause at a light.
To pause a workout, you press the crown AND the Side button next to it. Easier to do this with two fingers while using your thumb to brace the watch from the other side.
DO NOT press the Action button unless you want to skip to the next workout interval. Annoying but I get it, not all watches have an Action button… yet. 🤣

The third drawer of my office cabinet should have a warning label that says “Don’t open until 5pm”.
Just lost an hour reviewing old diagrams and sketches. 🤓
