okay, so in July 2024 I bought a pair of 18tb hard drives for storage + backup for $180 apiece.

This January, I bought a third 18TB to add parity checking, which was $320.
Now (in March), looking at the same drives, it’s $500.

It's nice and easy to record random Teams meetings, if you want to replicate this for biz meetings. All you need is the meeting link, they're freely available on URL scanning databases.

This company is joining meetings using this technique, then recording the meeting and making it searchable online.
