@iridium it’s a big canon that (in theory) goes off every night at 9pm.

it’s been going off at 8:58 pm for a while, so i call it the Almost 9 o’clock Gun now :)

In an effort to anihilate my feelings in a non-destructive way, i did the polar bear swim today, and i swam swam. twice!
two things:
1) my heart rate went to the exact same level as when i’m in the middle of an anxiety attack, except i felt GREAT!
2) it was so cold that my feelings lost feeling, as my bff put it.
