Maybe you didn't notice it, but the closing text for your job offers is about as discriminating as it gets.
Choosing the winner on the basis of gender, all other parameters being equal, is a clear form of discrimination. A much fairer form of action would be to choose the winner by flipping a coin, to give people real "equal opportunities".
Saw this t-shirt in a shop yesterday. It's so ugly I was tempted to just buy it.
