1) good session with my co author on one paper that is almost finished and positive feedback from the lead author on another paper
2) had a nice encounter with some new neighbours, marvelling over the Christmas elves that have suddenly appeared in the small forest near where we live
3) decorated for Xmas a troldegren (troll branch) from corkscrew hazel that was gifted to us

1) hit fit dance class at the gym 💃
2) re-started my knitting project. I was really scared of a ‘knit 5 below’ stitch so I hadn’t touched it for 2 months. But today I dared to try it

1) hubby vacuumed the floors
2) watched Canada remembrance ceremony at the Cenotaph in Ottawa - over the internet of course. Never done that before but visiting MiL had the tv on and I heard the bag pipes so I had to come see what that was all about. So, a little sad, but lots of Canadiana 🇨🇦
3) this little guy and our daily walks
