1password 8 is out and it only works with their cloud service. That seems par for the others out there (bitwarden, lastpass). Is keepass on a mac + ios a viable alternative? Any other ideas?

Our new instance got installed, and I am now officially dangerous. I have admin access, can log in as mastodon, have shiny new tootctl command. Restricted to my ip address for now, but hope to make it public after I've kicked the tires.
