Sooooo… news. A couple of weeks ago, we announced the dates for @bsidesmelbourne 2025.

A couple of weeks ago, we announced the dates for 2025, and there has been much excitement about this. We met last Monday night to kick off the Nov planning session. Even though it is very much a labour of love, we each looked at each other, shut our eyes, took a deep breath and admitted “I don’t have it in me to do this again just yet.” For the record, we are all fine, we need a break as we are all busy and need a rest.

Now the exciting news 👏 We have decided to defer 14-16 November 2025 to May 15-17 2026. Our amazing venue partner, SEEK, has confirmed the new dates and we are good to go.

We will return fresh, with the energy and enthusiasm to deliver you all a conference of the calibre you expect - and deserve. We also give you a conference in the first half of the year, when there will be a bunch of new research and exciting insights from you all.

All key dates for CFP and CFT submissions and Volunteers will appear on our website and here in September. We appreciate everyones warmth and support.
