For voters, gun reform isn't partisan. The majority of Americans across the political spectrum (including gun owners) want more safety protections.

But for lawmakers, it's absolutely partisan. It is Republicans who have blocked meaningful gun reform for the last 30 years.

Not only are the "AI" conglomerates scraping everything in sight that we had the passive expectation of ownership over like our posts to launder it back to us, but the intellectual property holders are are making a killing selling work under active copyright protection to them without giving the artists and authors a dime.

The mythological narrative of copyright protecting the ability of artists to make a living was dead decades ago, but it's fully inverted into intellectual property feudalism- when the real money is from merely owning the right to a work and selling it to make products that actively undermine the value of that work, buying from intellectual property holders harms artists.

Steal shit. Venmo the author. It's the right thing to do.
