at this point, we may have to consider manufacturing a lot of computing equipment ourselves.
sam zeloof (https://sam.zeloof.xyz/) proved that it was possible to manufacture it at home, and more importantly highlighted a lot of the bottlenecks (including needing a safe photoresist synthesis process, and alternative to corrosives for etching)
if we could professionalize and automate this small-scale manufacturing process 3D printer style for home/nonprofit production and have open standards and documented processes throughout, we can start to properly decentralize production for hobbyists.
if hobbyists can make it, then i suppose other industries (aside from silicon) could too.
are there any fediverse projects using more than one type of federation?
what are some good resources for implementing activitypub validly?
what languages should i learn?
what are good ways to test web application security on the cheap before deployment?
anything more i should be worried about?
